PAYMENT
TERMS
- All reservations must be secured
with a deposit of either cash, check or credit card totaling
30% of the total rental.
- Any cancellations of reservations less than one week
prior to the reservation date will forfeit any deposit.
- Deposits on any cancellations received more than one
week prior to their reservaton date will be refunded
their deposit
in the
same method in which it was received (if you leave
a check you'll be sent a check refund, etc.).
- All orders involving delivery are subject to the
above conditions until the day before delivery is
scheduled at which time we
require the entire rental charge up-front
plus a $100 security deposit or twice the rental
charge- whichever
is less. The
security deposit is refunded at the completion of
the
rental assuming that all the rented items are returned
as pursuant
to the rental agreement. The easiest way to accomplish
the above requirements is with a credit card which,
when
given,
would be automatically run by our staff the day before
your delivery is scheduled.
- Orders picked-up in our store by the customer
are also subject to the first 3 policies until
the customer
arrives to pick-up
their items at which time the rental must
be paid in full plus a $100 security deposit or twice the
rental-
whichever is less. The security deposit is refunded when the rental
items are returned as pursuant to the contract
agreement.
- All charges will apply whether or not the items
were used when on rental.
- Cancellations after delivery is made will
forfeit all charges!
DELIVERY/PICK UP
Delivery is available on any size rental for an additional
fee dependent on the delivery location.
Our delivery charges are based on a 10
yard or less walking
distance and do not include set up or break down (with
the exception of tents). We reserve the right to add
charges
onto difficult deliveries (stairs, long walking distance,
etc.) Items will be delivered folded and stacked and must be folded and stacked by the customer in the same manner
when awaiting pick up in order to avoid additional charges.
Deliveries are made within our business hours. Special
deliveries outside our business hours are available for
an additional
charge and must be arranged well in advance.
During our busy season our delivery schedule fills up
quickly. For the best chance of availability please plan
accordingly.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate
delivery directions and, if no one is going to be there to
receive the order, to leave instructions as to where the rental
items are to be left. All rented items are the customer’s
responsibility beginning at the time of receipt or drop-off
until the time of return or pick-up.
Dinnerware should be rinsed, free of food particles, and
loaded into the containers in which it was received.
Linens should be shaken out, dry and returned in a plastic
garbage bag.
All rented items MUST be protected
from the weather. With
the exception of tents NONE of our equipment
is meant for use in
the rain and will get damaged. Remember you will be charged
for any weather damage you cause to our equipment! For
your protection, when leaving items outside in preparation
for
pick-up please cover them with a waterproof tarp!!
Our delivery personnel work hard to please you. If they do
