RENTAL PERIOD
WEEKDAYS –Any 24 Hour Period.
SATURDAYS- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
SUNDAYS – CLOSED. Pick up equipment after 3:30 pm Saturday & return
by 9:00am Monday for a 24 hour charge.
NO FREE TIME
We charge for all time out –Holidays
included- whether or not the equipment was used while in
the customer’s possession. We do not rent on a trial
and error basis.
HOLIDAYS
Rate will depend on the day
of the week.
DELIVERY & PICK-UP
Not included in
rental rates. Delivery is available for any of our equipment
and charged according to delivery location. Delivery charges
are for round trip, but customer is responsible for calling
to schedule pick up. Delivered equipment will remain on rental
until the customer calls to schedule the pick up. We will NOT
automatically pick up any equipment!!
FUEL
Customer must return equipment with a full tank of fuel or pay for whatever amount of fuel is necessary to fill the tank.
DAMAGE WAIVER
Damage waivers are optional and
available on all of our equipment for an
additional 10% of the rental rate. Damage waivers protect customers
against any accidental damage to our equipment while
in their possession (tire and glass damage not covered). Damage
waivers DO NOT cover the following: theft, mysterious disappearance,
negligence, intentional damage, misuse, abuse, or failure to
treat our equipment as if it were their own. All
damaged equipment or parts must be returned. Missing equipment
or parts are NOT covered!
LOSS
In the event equipment is lost or stolen
the customer will be billed the replacement cost of the equipment
plus any accrued rental charges.
ALL EQUIPMENT PRICING IS FOR USE ON A STANDARD
8-HOUR DAY, 40-HOUR WEEK AND 160-HOUR MONTH. DOUBLE OR TRIPLE
SHIFTS WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY
ALL RENTALS SUBJECT TO OUR APPROVAL
Please Remember: not returning rental
equipment is considered theft. Clarkstown Rentals does not hesitate to prosecute offenders
to the full extent of the law.
